As we head into our 3rd group fitness series next week, I look at the results our campers have gotten.... smaller clothes, more energy, less pain from injuries, better self esteem and a new vibrancy and outlook on exercise and on themselves and, in some cases, a brand new body !
Cathy,( left) could not even do a plank without neck pain a few months ago and walked like she was 100 due to various injuries from several car accidents over the years.
