Week End Warrior Workout

HAPPY FRIDAY everyone !!   I have a race this week end and, you know what they say ... misery loves company so I wanted to share this with you to do this week end . If you are looking for a butt kicker you can squeeze in this  week end in under 30 minutes,  give it a try !

Be very careful of form as you tire. If you have to stop at 7 or 8  or drop to a lower level of the exercise, do it  and aim to get through an extra set next week. 

Start with  10 reps of each exercise with no rest in between each exercise.
Do NOT rest.
Repeat cycle with  9,  reps of each exercise. 
Continue down to 8, 7, 6 etc. as far as you can with no rest.  
Record the last number of reps you completed and try to beat that by 1 set next week!! 


            Burpees
Squats jumps  (or squats)

Push ups (whatever your level) 
Superman
