How To Get Your Best Summer Body Ever: Tip 4

  Ditch the boxed and pre packed foods (yes, even "diet" foods)

They  contain chemicals and preservatives which can wreak havoc with your fat loss efforts, don't contain enough protein and are full of salt which causes bloat and puffiness.


I often tell our clients to count ingredients NOT calories. Yes, calories in calories out and all of that stuff however .. not all calories are created equal. 

Most  "diet" foods are  full of salt which causes bloat and chemicals your body was not meant to process. This means that your body has a more difficult time using the calories (energy) and they will be more apt to be stored. 

Clients often look at me like I'm a martian when I say that I'd rather have them eat a serving of potato chips (3 ingredients... salt, potatoes, oil) than a serving of one of the "healthy" diet bars which contain 10 plus ingredients but I would.
