Week End Warrior Workout

It's your life. You can't give up control or progress towards your goals because of peer pressure. Stay strong. Get stronger. Own your days.

Whether you need to make up a missed workout or just want to blast some extra fat, here is something you can do in 15 minutes. These are designed as bonus workouts for our campers and in homes so include zero equipment, total body exercises for maximum fat burning and body sculpting fun.
Each exercise should be done for 45 seconds with 15 second rest before going on to the next exercise . Rest 1 minute between rounds.   

Do 1 - 3 sets of each round depending on time

Warm Up:    Inch Worm to a T 1 minute  Intrinsic Core Stabilizer (5 second count each side)  1 minute 







Round 1: 

Squat Jumps
Superman 
Pushups (advanced can do pushups with abduction or with knee ins on a ball) 


Round 2: 

Single Leg Rear Lunges
Prone Abductions
Cobra 


Round 3: 

High Knees
Side Plank
Crab Crawl
