Week End Warrior Warrior Workout

I'm so sorry that I haven't posted one of these in quite some time. Between my baby girl Zoe's new week end classes, studying for my Corrective Exercise Specialist certification and the amazing popularity and growth  of our group fitness camps , there just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to do all that I want to do.

No fear, I've expanded the role of my ever vigilant Client Happiness Specialist, Jenn which frees me up to do more of the things that help you blast more fat and shape better bodies.

This workout will take 15-45 minutes and requires zero equipment so anyone can fit it into any schedule with zero excuses.

Each exercise should be done for 45 seconds with 15 second rest before going on to the next exercise . Rest 1 minute between rounds.   


Do 1 - 3 sets of each round depending on time


Warm Up:    Inch Worm with twist        2 minute 

Round 1: 


Jumping Jacks
Squat Jumps
Crab Crawls

Round 2: 

Burpees
Prone Abductions
Super Man

Round 3: 

High Knees
Side Plank
Plank to Press Up
