I was just going through the results of the campers from our inaugural group fitness program the, "Resolution ReBoot" Camp and it got me to thinking about all of the people who had inquired prior to that camp but couldn't start for whatever reason .. and all of the people I've encountered this year who "wanted to lose 20", "just couldn't lose the pooch" or "wished they had a body like mine" .... which got me to thinking about the above quote my mom said to me early on and where those people would be NOW if they found a way and started THEN.
