Do this if you want to finally reach your Goals

Put the past in the past. You don't live there any more. It doesn't matter how many times you have "failed" to lose weight or keep it off, this is NOW !!

Anyone who knows me knows that my belief is that most people "fail" to reach their fitness or weight loss goals or fail to maintain their weight loss have not fail... they have had their "diets" or "trainers" fail them. 

What inspired me to develop the "Just Say No To Dieting" program a few years into my fitness career  was the many years in the industry doing everything from working at Jenny Craig to managing the Nutrition Program for Golds Gym. 

I always asked perspective clients questions about their past experiences with a fitness or weight loss program regarding what they liked, what didn't work for them. After a few years I noticed the same common threads and they all boiled down to the same things.
So began my mission to help people step off the dieting and "failure" merry go round and finally live in the bodies they deserve !!

Not only must most if not all of these components be a part of your program if you want to lose weight, reshape your body and stay there,
but they must be there effectively.

     Everyone knows by now that steady state cardio is the best way to STORE fat and  waste time with HIITs and other form of compound movement training blowing it away.

    That having been said, every one is at a different fitness level and has different exercise preferences. You are not just a number on a fitness chart based on your age, and your cardiovascular program should reflect this. Knowing your resting heart rate and general fitness level is the first step to achieving maximum fat burn!

    The difference between fit people and overweight people is their habits. If you lose weight on a "diet' or during a "transformation" program and go back to the habits which caused your weight gain to begin with... you will gain your weight back, it's as simple as that.

    Repeated dieting is an unhealthy habit which most people reinforce repeatedly.

    I could  write a whole book on this section alone but "Healthy" doesn't mean, never eating your favorite foods, labeling foods "good" or "bad" or enduring torturous fitness programs designed for someone else !  It means incorporating a good balance of these 6 components and doing better each week.
