Motivation Monday: don't get caught up

Come summer, will you be happy, confident and fit or scrambling to avoid cameras and find cover ups looking back at a long list of reasons why you "couldn't" fit in that workout, hire a trainer or take the time to pre pare your food

Remember, your goal this week is NOT to be perfect for the rest of your life or to lose 50 pounds , it’s simply to get through the week avoiding the foods on the “breads” list and substitute them with the foods on the “good carbs” list. Success breeds success
