This workout is all about the maximum fat burn and increase of oxygen uptake levels to help your body burn more calories all day.
Do however many sets of each group that your fitness level and schedule will allow. Come on over to our facebook page and let me know how you did!
- Do each exercise in the group for 30-60 seconds without resting between each.
- Rest 30-60 seconds between sets
High Knees 10 (or knee pulls)
Burpees
Plank (whichever suits your fitness level and progression)
Round 2:Squat Jumps
Pushups
Prone Rows (if you don't have dumbells, get 2 gallon jugs and fill them with water)
Round 3 (finisher) Start with 10 reps, drop to 9, to 8 etc. until you are "finished" whatever number that may be. Aim to do one better next week.
Burpee, Prone Hip abduction
