It's not about "real women having curves" or what size you wear. (although it doesn't hurt to look good naked or be able to wear whatever you want and feel confident)
Eating properly (limited processed foods, adequate fruits and veggies and eating whole foods) 90% of the time, getting regular exercise and maintaining a healthy weight is about quality of life which comes down to the care which you take of your body ... it's as simple as that
